Pandora has a new tool in its belt to fight against Apple Music and Spotify. The music streaming just announced it will purchase Ticketfly, a Ticketmaster-type site, for $450m in cash and stock. Pandora’s earnings report for the fourth quarter of 2014 disappointed Wall Street, with revenue of $268 million and diluted earnings per share of 18 cents (that’s non-GAAP).

Indiegogo reported 33 percent of its tech employees are female, a relatively higher percentage than other companies that have recently released diversity reports. Pandora came in just slightly ahead of analyst estimates in its just-released second quarter earnings report.
